These shock spacers are meant to accompany the our drop spindles when a shock system is in place which will not allow for adequate ride height adjustment. The spacers reside between the shock’s upper top hat and chassis thus effectively increasing the stock length to compensate for the “drop” in the spindle. The spacers are 1” thick which perfectly offsets the 1.5” drop in the spindle with the MX5’s .7/1 motion ratios.
